Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by South Delhi Tour (SDT). Booking confirmation will be provided via email or SMS upon receipt of booking details.
Payment: Payment for services must be made in cash directly to the driver at the time of service delivery. Prices are quoted in the local currency and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Changes to Booking: Changes to booking details, including pickup time, location, or vehicle type, are subject to availability and must be communicated to SDT at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be accommodated.
Passenger Responsibilities: Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information at the time of booking. Passengers must be ready for pickup at the designated location at the scheduled time. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.
Vehicle and Driver: SDT will provide a vehicle and driver in good condition for all bookings. Drivers are trained professionals with valid licenses and adhere to all traffic regulations. SDT reserves the right to substitute the vehicle or driver based on operational requirements.
Liability: SDT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic conditions, road closures, or force majeure events. Passengers are advised to secure their personal belongings while using SDT services.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
